Whether you have one or two van drivers or a whole team of professional truck or bus drivers, this competence assessment will provide you with insight that you can use to improve your safety standards and reduce fuel costs. 
 
Structured to address attitude, awareness, ability and judgement, the assessment begins in the yard or car park, continues throughout the journey and concludes once the vehicle is parked.
 
It can be delivered by anyone with experience of driving the relevant vehicle, although the assessor must have no bias towards the driver. Consider using an independent driver trainer if you're not confident that you have the right member of staff.
