FORS Bronze: D7 Working time & drivers' hours

This document provides you with the written evidence that you need to meet D7 of the FORS Bronze Standard V5. It includes guidance on how to use it, an introduction to FORS and what it means for the company, a review of the requirement and your commitment to meet and maintain the standards.
 
The policy explains the importance of staying within the limits for work, for taking breaks and rest and for planning stops on the journey. 
 
It sets out who is affected by the policy and how, and clarifies the rules on having sufficient rest.
 
A company commitment states that you will never knowingly plan schedules that are not achievable within the legal time limit.
