Policy - Managing mental health

This policy is designed to help drivers with their mental health and wellbeing. It includes an introduction, the reason why a policy's needed and a policy that commits the company to provide assistance and develop an open culture in the workplace.
 
As well as improving your duty of care and providing essential support, the policy may help to demonstrate compliance with industry schemes. However, please note that a process must be active and effective to demonstrate high standards.
