Policy - Avoiding distractions

It explains the common issues, the different types of distraction, the measures drivers can take to limit the risk and a policy that commits the company to provide assistance where possible and the driver to observe a set of requirements before and during the activity of driving.
 
As well as helping to maintain your duty of care and providing essential support, the policy may help to demonstrate compliance with industry schemes. However, please note that a process must be active and effective to demonstrate high standards.
