FORS Bronze: M4 Staff resources

This document provides you with what you need to meet the requirement of M4. It includes guidance on how to use it, an introduction to FORS and what it means for the company, a detailed review of the requirement and your commitment to meet and maintain the standards. 
 
It also includes an organisational chart with space for you to populate your staff by name, job title and FORS responsibility. 
 
It's been produced as a word document, and you will need to add in the relevant name of the person responsible for maintaining it and the manager responsible for document ownership.
