FORS Bronze: M9 Complaints

This document provides what you need to meet the requirement of M9. It includes guidance on how to use it, an introduction to FORS and what it means for the company, a detailed review of the requirement and a policy to meet and maintain the standards. 
 
It also includes a step by step procedure to effectively manage complaints made against employees, contractors or working practices.  
 
It's been produced as a word document, and you will need to add in the relevant name of the person responsible for maintaining it and the manager responsible for document ownership.
