FORS Bronze: M2 Records

This document provides you with what you need to meet the requirement of M2 detailed in version 6 of the FORS Standard.
 
It includes guidance on how to use it, an introduction to FORS and what it means for the company, a detailed review of the requirement and your commitment to meet and maintain the standards. 
 
It also includes a drivers' hours record sheet to monitor compliance, a working time record sheet to ensure you don't exceed the legal limit and an itemised safety inspection sheet for internal or external engineers who deliver mandatory vehicle maintenance. 
 
It's been produced as a word document and you will need to add the relevant name of the person responsible for maintaining it and the manager responsible for document ownership.
