FORS Bronze: M8 Health & safety

This document provides you with what you need to meet the requirement of M8. It includes guidance on how to use it, an introduction to FORS and what it means for the company, the aims and objectives of the requirement, a commitment to meet and maintain the standards, safe working procedures and 8 risk assessments. 
 
It's been produced as a word document, and you will need to add in the relevant name of the person responsible for maintaining it and the manager responsible for document ownership.
