Online Consultation - Skills development

Service Description

This 2 hour online consultation will provide you with knowledge to retain and develop your drivers to ensure they achieve what you need them to, with the aim of helping them stay effective and contented. We'll begin by talking about what you want from your drivers, with consideration for your business objectives. We'll then discuss their professional development, qualifications, current skills and personal attributes. We can then agree a plan to ensure that you give them what they need, and that they perform to the standard you need. The consultation will be with James Tillyer, who's been involved in driver development in the UK and Europe for over 15 years. James' work has contributed to the development of the Driver CPC regulation and he helped to develop job profiling for the EU's ESCO programme for European workers. He continues to work on driver development, most notably with the Steer to Career project (www.project-steertocareer.eu) and speaks at conferences in the UK and Europe.
